INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large apple cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Place cubed apple in a pot with cinnamon and ¼ cup of water
  • Boil for 5 minutes until somewhat soft
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the mixture thickens
