1 large apple cubed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup gluten-free oats
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
3 Tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Place cubed apple in a pot with cinnamon and ¼ cup of water
Boil for 5 minutes until somewhat soft
Add remaining ingredients
