Sweet Potato Waffles

This is a great breakfast recipe. Sweet potatoes are a great source of nutrients and minerals that are good for optimizing children’s growth and development. They are rich in fiber which can help prevent constipation and maintain a healthy digestive tract. Sweet potatoes also have a decent amount of Vitamin C and Vitamin E which help in reinforcing the immune system. Iron in sweet potatoes is so important for brain health.

You can make it the night before and just heat it in the morning.
