Mom’s Iced Coffee Smoothie

OK, so this is for you, Mom! The coffee tastes you need to give you a boost with added fiber and healthy fats to sustain your blood sugar. Enjoy- you deserve it!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup organic brewed coffee
  • 3-4 Medjool dates
  • 1 Tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 Tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  • Soak the Medjool dates in hot water for 15 minutes
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy

***you can freeze coffee in an ice cube tray and use the cubes to replace half the regular ice for a deeper coffee flavor
