INGREDIENTS

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups 1:1 gluten-free flour  
  • 1 ⅓ organic sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

WET INGREDIENTS-

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup avocado oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together
  3. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into a large ziplock bag. Snip a hole in the corner.
  6. Fill the donut cavities ¾ of the way.
  7. Bake approx. 14 minutes.
  8. Once cooled frost or dust with icing sugar.
