Crunchy Yummy Chocolate Granola
This granola is naturally sweetened and makes a nutrient-rich alternative to store-bought cereals. The nuts, chia seeds, and coconut are both sources of the healthy fats we seek to get into our daily diets. Serve with almond milk and cut-up bananas or strawberries. Totally delicious.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 cups chopped pecan
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons cacao powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 300 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until it looks glossy
- Use a spatula to spread the mixture onto the prepared pan, pressing it flat
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Remove the pan and let it cool completely
- Break into pieces and store in a mason jar on your counter.
