Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Muffins
Here is a quick, easy, and healthy snack the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients
1/4 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/3 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin with paper baking cups.
- In a mixing bowl combine the peanut butter and maple syrup then stir in the almond
milk. - Add the oats, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl and stir until
combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. - Divide the batter between the baking cups and bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until a
toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out with just a few moist crumbs. - Transfer the muffins to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
