5 Minute Gluten-Free Pizza Dough Recipe

You don’t want your kid to ever feel deprived on a gluten-free diet, so pizza just has to be on the menu. With this recipe it’s easy! Try it! It is so quick and easy to put together.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups gluten-free 1:1 flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill, blue bag)

2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast

1 Tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder

1 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

1 Tablespoon honey

1 1/2 cups warm water

1/2 cup avocado oil

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a small bowl add warm water, yeast, and honey. Allow it to poof.
  3. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour yeast mixture into flour mixture.
  5. Add oil and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Mix all the ingredients by hand until a soft dough forms.
  7. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Gently pat the dough down to fit a 15″ round pizza pan or a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Load with toppings and bake for another 10 minutes or until toppings are fully melted.
